My game is crashing after downloading an update!

If you are experiencing crashing immediately after downloading an update, please leave the game open and running for 10-15 minutes to make sure everything downloads fully.

Most of the time, the game just needs extra time to load the new content.

If you are still experiencing crashing after that, please go back on the game store page and reload the update.

This can be also caused by lack of available memory or storage on your device.

Solution 1

Try closing all other applications and restarting your device before opening the app again.

Solution 2

Head to:

Applications and delete unused apps from your device. This should free enough space for running Knightfall Rivals.
If after this the issue persists please reach out to support with your device type and the version of the operating system it is running and we will look into it further.
