Our advertisers have to inform TrialPay when you complete an offer. They normally do this instantly but depending on the offer it can take up to eight weeks. If you still haven't received your rewards after this time, please click on "Earn Candies" and then click on "Help" on the right side of the window. Under "Check Your Offer Status" click on "See My Offer Status". Then, locate the offer and finally click its "Report a problem" link to contact TrialPay Support. Note that you must have the advertiser's confirmation e-mail as proof of completion in order to claim missing rewards. The TrialPay team will assist you with your promotion questions and concerns upon receiving your support request.
