Here are some other things you can try (if you haven't already!) that other players have reported to us that helped them:
1. To turn off Secure Browsing (https):
a. Go to your Security Settings page ( Account Settings > Security)
b. Click on the Secure Browsing section
c. Uncheck the box provided and save your changes
Please note that when you turn off secure browsing, any other active Facebook sessions may be terminated. This means that if you're logged into Facebook on another web browser, you will be prompted to re-enter your login information.
2. Try a different browser - Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc.
3. Try clearing your internet browser's cookies and cache. Since each internet web browser is different please refer to the your browser's help section for instructions on how to clear your browser's cache. You may also find the following instructions helpful: http://www.wikihow.
4. The game works with all browsers that have Flash enabled. Please be sure that you are using the latest version of Flash. To check if your browser needs any updates, follow these instructions:

For Internet Explorer you need to click on Tools > Manage Add-ons. The Toolbars and Extensions list will show you which version of Flash you have installed as a Shockwave Flash Object under Adobe Systems Incorporated. You can check for any updates needed by going to Tools > Windows Update.
