It says I need to update my flash, how do I do that?

To check if your browser needs any updates, follow these instructions:
For Firefox you can check here.

For Internet Explorer you need to click on Tools > Manage Add-ons. The Toolbars and Extensions list will show you which version of Flash you have installed as a Shockwave Flash Object under Adobe Systems Incorporated. You can check for any updates needed by going to Tools > Windows Update.
